My name is Krista Oman and I am so excited to be part of the SJF family! This year I will be teaching Gr.7 Math and Science, as well as Gr. 7 and 8 Foods.
I graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2013 with a Bachelor of Education degree in Science. Since then I have taught at a secondary school in England, at General Stewart Elementary School, and most recently at Dr. Probe Elementary School. When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my friends and family. I also love dancing, travelling, reading books, and cooking! Before I began teaching, I designed houses and I still enjoy sketching house plans in my spare time.
This is going to be an amazing year and I can't wait to work with the wonderful staff, students, and families of SJF!
